Learn the basic differences between natural and synthetic perfumes to fully appreciate the properties of the naturals:

Effect on health - natural perfumes support our body, synthetic perfumes can poison it and upset it (the endocrine system).
Projection (that is, the distance the odor is perceived when applied to the skin). Natural perfumes are more "skin", they do not leave behind a cloud of smell and do not impose themselves on the environment.
Fragrance: deep, natural, healing - chemical, flat. Natural fragrances are also more classic due to the more limited possibilities offered by natural essences. We have up to several hundred natural essences, while the number of chemical substances is potentially infinite.
Ingredients. Natural perfumes use either original essences (oils and absolutes), or natural fragrance compositions created in the laboratory, imitating natural essences. Drugstore perfumes most often use cheap, compared to natural essences, chemistry or - in the case of very high-class perfumes, they contain, in addition to "chemicals", some amounts of natural essences.
The development of an odor on the skin. Natural fragrances adapt to the skin more interestingly and connect to its natural chemistry to a greater extent. That is why the division of natural fragrances into female and male fragrances is not so important - the ingredients often become more "male" or "female" on a given skin.
Durability. The durability of the perfume in any case depends on the ingredients used. As a rule, however, natural fragrances are more fleeting and stay on the skin for 3 to 6 hours, much longer on clothes.
